(Ultra Violet) Curing System is being manufactured by Corrotech Construction
Chemicals, Dubai, U.A.E. with technical know-how from Garrard Europe Limited,
U.K. and is the result of many years of research and development in producing
Sheet Moulding Compounds (SMC) which can be cured by ultra violet light.

product provides excellent protection against corrosion, chemical attack,
abrasion and other aggressive environments. The ability to offer seamless
protection and ease of application has attracted many clients to use the
Solar Tech technology.

SolarTech UV
cured SMC material contains specialized high grade resins, fillers and
glass reinforcements to meet the demands of extreme environments. The
material is supplied fully complete, needing no other additives and is
ready to use. The laminates cure by UV light. Once cured, the SMC laminate
will provide a tough, durable and reliable weatherproof outer protective sheet.
The sheet laminates are supplied in standard rolls of 10 meters long and 0.92
meter wide with approximate weight of 28 kgs. The thickness of the material
can vary between 1.5 and 2.0 mm, depending on the formulation. The material
can be cut to any size using knives or scissors.

It can find wide use in petrochemical plants, off-shore structures,
pharmaceutical plants, chemical industry, food industry, tank roofs,
dual temperature insulation, cold insulation, underground insulation
or concrete protection, tanks, vessels, valves, pipes, supports etc.
