The Process

• Identify cracks
• Drill holes across crack length at measured intervals
• Special alloy formed keys are inserted
• Taper - threaded bolts are placed in the cracks in a leak proof manner

Unique Masterlock Technique

• Ideal for " Extra Thick " broken / cracked / fractured casting.
• Clamps are used to bring parts together in original position.
• A rectangular hole is drilled across damaged portion.
• A large rectangular block of special material - the master lock - is inserted.
• Locking pins along the side of master lock provide a tight, secured repair.
